Return Policy

All sales are final and we cannot accept returns. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your items upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or an error was made in the order processing, please contact us right away. At our option, we will repair or replace any product that is deemed defective. Please contact info@burlyusa.com for warranty claims and further instructions.

Burly offers a 2-year limited, non-transferable warranty on our manufactured products from the date of the original sale. The warranty covers any defects in material due to workmanship under normal use. We warranty that our products are initially received free of manufacturing defects.
